Production steps version 1

Production step cover:

the fabric cover:
  1. download the printable sew pattern
  2. cut the patches of fabric using a lasercutter (or just cut them out with scissors)Laser Cut Dress Michael Angel
  3. follow the drawing to sew the patches together
the filling:
  1.  use the template to cut the material to size using a cutter
  2. test fit the piece and adjust if necessary
  3. place the filling in the cover, and sew the last piece of the cover

Prototype 45

Prototype 45:
Because with prototype 44 there where problems with fillings that didn't stay in place an other method of sewing it on is used. This 'final' prototype for testing stayed with the client afterward to test it some more on her own.

Elements of experience:
Positive expected: it moves less then prototype 43
Positive unexpected:
Negative expected: the filling still becomes thinner every time it is used. You can see on the film that when feline moves around the velcro strip on the side loosen up a bit

Prototype 37

Prototype 37:
A filling almost equal to that of prototype 38 is tested. The difference is that here the print made is the one made by Timothy, what makes it a bit bigger.

Elements of experience:
Positive expected:
Positive unexpected: better than prototype 36
Negative expected:  there is still a pressure that isn't nice

Prototype 43

Prototype 43:
Like in the video of prototype 42 is quoted , its hard to walk on one. So we took her second favourite envelope prototype 29 and combined it with the other filling from prototype 35. Here we didn't use extra filling on top of that.

Elements of experience:
Positive expected: its better with less filling on top
Positive unexpected:
Negative expected:  a little bit off filling is needed

Prototype 36

Prototype 36:
This prototype is created by taking prototype 35 and putting a hole in the place where the knee is. Why? previous tests showed that a round hole like a donut divides the forces on the knee.making the kneepads more comfortable

Elements of experience:
Positive expected:
Positive unexpected:
Negative expected:
Negative unexpected: there is a pressure that make this filling not pleasant

Prototype 44

Prototype 44:
The combination of prototype 43 is again used here with the difference that the filling on top of the envelope(the part that doesn't touch the ground) is from prototype 12

Elements of experience:
Positive expected:
Positive unexpected:
Negative expected: filling becomes thinner every time it is used
Negative unexpected: there is a movement of the filling

during the cocreation session we had, we learned that the brahooks are easy to use and she didn't notice them while wearing the straps. The location of the hooks should also be
